In conjunction with JPT’s extensive manufacturing services we also offer CNC Internal and External Grinding with our new universal CNC grinding machine. We invite you to contact us to learn all that we can offer you.
JPT’s O.D. grinding may be performed by both straight-approach or angle-approach grinding wheels and can be combined with I.D. grinding in one continuous CNC cycle.
In this way, single set-up production to very close tolerances is achieved without having to handle the part during the grinding process.
Accuracy is verified by a touch probe cycle within the part program that measures the OD after grinding,
